The National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (NBDF) will host their annual Washington Days advocacy event in Washington, D.C. from Wednesday, March 5 to Friday, March 7.

This event is an excellent opportunity for you to share your story with your elected officials and their staff while also asking for them to support policies that are important to our community. First-time attendees are paired with seasoned advocates to help every step of the way! This is always a great way to meet other advocates in our community from around the country. 

Travel Scholarship Information

• We are seeking one individual or family from each New England state to attend Washington Days.
• Each individual or family will be awarded a scholarship that includes two (2) night hotel accommodations and a travel stipend to travel to and from Washington, D.C.
• Only one person from each family needs to apply for this scholarship. 
• Priority will be given to those that have not received a scholarship before.

New Application Process for 2025

NBDF has announced changes to their Washington Days registration process, including a shortened deadline and limited spots for each state, since Washington Days is expected to fill quickly.

• If you are in need of a financial assistance travel scholarship, you can indicate that when applying through the form below.
• If you are able to pay for your own travel and accommodations, you can indicate that when applying through the form below.

All applications are due by Friday, January 3 at 11:59 PM.
