BLeaders Teen Retreat
Our 10th Annual BLeaders Teen Retreat will be held from Friday, April 25 to Sunday, April 27 at Geneva Point Center in Moultonborough, NH.
This weekend-long retreat was designed to help teens expand their leadership skills, participate in independent living and life skills development activities, receive age-appropriate education about their bleeding disorder management and care, enjoy social connection time amongst themselves, and much more.
Who Can Attend?
- This program is open to teenagers, ages 13-18, with a bleeding disorder living in any of the six New England states.
- Unaffected siblings, ages of 13-18, are also invited to attend.
- Kids who are 12 years old and demonstrate interest and the maturity to participate will be considered on a case by case basis.
Agenda Overview
- Teens will arrive on Friday evening and the retreat will end on Sunday afternoon.
- A registered nurse will be in attendance as well as a NEHA staff member and additional adult community volunteers.
- The youth development aspects of this program will be led by experts in the field.
- A packing list will be sent prior to the event.
- Waivers will be completed online during registration.
Accommodations
- All 2025 NEHA members will be provided a room for Friday and Saturday night at no cost to them.
- All meals will be provided from dinner on Friday to lunch on Sunday.

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your registration within one week of the event or do not show up for the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $30 per person.
- Please do not attend this event if you have tested positive for COVID-19, the flu, RSV, or have cold-like symptoms.
