The Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA) is heading to San Diego for their annual Symposium! Join them for this year’s conference from Thursday, March 27 to Saturday, March 29 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in San Diego, CA.

They will have dozens of sessions for blood brothers, blood sisters, children, parents, caregivers and more, along with great opportunities to connect with the new and old friends from around the country.
