The Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA) is hosting their Annual Symposium from Thursday, March 27 to Saturday, March 29 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in San Diego, CA.

They will have dozens of sessions for blood brothers, blood sisters, children, parents, caregivers and more, along with great opportunities to connect with the new and old friends from around the country.
