About This Webinar

This webinar, “The Whole Tooth: The Importance of Oral Health,” was held on Wednesday, May 12 at 7 PM. 

Most people know they should brush their teeth and floss. But there’s a lot more to good oral health, and it’s especially important for people with bleeding disorders. This presentation helped our community members learn what oral hygiene tips may help avoid bleeds.

About The Speaker

Our speaker, Jan Martin MSN, RN-BC, CPN has 37 years of nursing experience. Prior to coming to Takeda in 2019, Jan’s experience includes 22 years in Critical Care and 15 years in the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center at University Hospitals in Cleveland. Jan has a Hemostasis Nursing Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, is a Certified Pediatric Nurse, and maintains Alumnus Status of her Critical Care (CCRN) certification.
