Educational Webinar: Mindfulness
This was the twelfth event in our Webinar Wednesday Series. Throughout this series, we will be hosting a live webinar or virtual hangout every Wednesday evening at 7 PM ET about various topics of interest and importance in our community.
About This Webinar
This webinar was held on Wednesday, June 10 in collaboration with the Connecticut Hemophilia Society (CHS).
We are constantly being pulled in different directions with work and family responsibilities, social commitments, and now, virtual education and other shifting priorities brought on by COVID-19. Many people are stressed, tired, rushed and short on quality time with their loved ones or hobbies. Mindfulness can help connect you with the present moment, and with the world around you. Appreciating this kind of awareness can have immediate effects on health and well-being.
This presentation was supported by Takeda.
