Cooking Class: Thai Food Edition
About The Event
During this interactive event, attendees participated from their own kitchen by learning how to make Thai red curry. In addition to a great meal, our community members gained a better understanding of how to easily create a wholesome dinner and more about the components of food to balance out an entire day’s nutrition. Finally, we had a discussion about how can a healthy diet can be fun and affordable, and help to build a strong, resilient body.
If you participated in this event, NEHA will reimburse attendees up to $25 to purchase supplies for this program. Please send your itemized receipt(s) to [email protected].
