Boxwood Making Holiday Activity
On Sunday, December 12, we hosted a luncheon and crafting activity to allow members of our community to learn how to make a holiday boxwood tree! The event was held in the historic Old Town Hall in West Newbury, Massachusetts.
This popular holiday craft incorporated velvet bows, berries, pine cones, and fresh boxwood clippings to create a centerpiece. A sample of the craft is shown in this photo.
During the event, participants also enjoyed a boxed lunch, hot chocolate and coffee, a short educational presentation and an interactive class by Amy Friend, community member and hemophilia mom.
