Agenda Information

  • Program & Agenda: You will receive a printed program when you arrive at GPC. This will include all rules, guidelines, our agenda for the week, and more. Explore a digital version here.
  • Camp Theme: Jurassic Journey: Your Adventure Awaits!
    • We encourage you to bring clothing or costumes related to our theme to wear during the all camp activity on Friday afternoon (think dinosaurs, Jurassic Park, Flintstones, etc.).
    • If you don’t already have something at home, we will have activities to help you create your own attire.
  •  Adults / Family Infusion Class: Adults who are interested in learning to infuse must sign up for their desired class.
  • Childcare Waiver (for kids ages 0-2 years old): Complete online waiver form here.

Weather

  • Light Rain: Most activities will still be held outdoors in the case of light rain.
  • Rain Gear: We encourage you to bring items to stay dry, like a rain jacket, layers, boots or shoes with good treads.
  • Severe Weather: In the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms or severe weather, we will communicate a plan with you via our new text-alert system.
  • Hydration: There are water stations and ice machines throughout GPC to help you stay hydrated. Please bring a water bottle for all members of your family and anything else you need to stay cool and comfortable.

Packing List, Lodging & Camp Tips

  • Key Documents: For detailed directions, maps, medical information, and ground rules, review Key Documents here.
  • Lodging: As a reminder, accommodations are simple, but that’s part of the camp experience! You must bring your own pillow and sheets and/or sleeping bag.
  • Packing List: See our packing list recommendations here, on page 4.
    • Key Items To Remember: Shower towels, beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle.
    • Toddlers: We recommend bringing a pack-and-play or portable crib for them to sleep in. GPC does not have cribs or highchairs.
    • Earmuffs: If your child uses noise-controlling earmuffs to assist with processing and/or sensory sensitivity, please bring them with you.
    • Fishing: This year, we are offering fishing as an option for our family choice activities on Thursday afternoon. Space is limited. If you are interested in fishing and have your own fishing pole or rod, please bring it to camp.
  • Bleeding Disorder Supplies: Bring any supplies you use to treat your/your child’s bleeding disorder, including infusion/injections supplies. Our Medical Team will not have extra supplies available, outside from what is used in infusion class.
